Patient & Visitor Guide in getting care at Medicus
To protect and safeguard the health of our patients and staff, Medicus has placed additional guidelines to minimize your COVID-19 risk while visiting our facility.
COVID-19 Protocols
We require our patients and their companions to wear a mask at all times, do hand disinfection and practice social distancing. We also limit the number of visitors inside our facility. Only one (1) companion per patient is allowed.
Patient Registration and Assessment
Upon your entry, our nurse will ask you to fill out the Patient Data Sheet. She will conduct an initial clinical assessment and refer you to the right specialist.
Billing and Payment
You will be given a cash slip and asked to pay for the consultation service. We accept cash or credit card payments. If you paid through online banking, please ensure that your payment has been verified by our nurse before your visit.
Patient Queuing and Decking
After your payment, please present your Official Receipt to the nurse and wait for your turn. Our physicians are friendly and approachable, please do not hesitate to ask questions during the consultation.
Patient Confidentiality and Privacy, and the Use of Social Media while inside the clinic
Medicus is committed to protecting our patient’s confidentiality and privacy. Please do not take photos or videos and conduct other related activities inside our facility. This is part of our measures to safeguard our patients and staff against unauthorized data collection and unlawful processes. Such act is punishable under Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as “Data Privacy Act of 2012.””
Post- Consultation
After your consultation, visit our nurse so you may be given proper instructions and guidance.
