Book Clinic Consultation

We’re here to help you navigate the process of booking your doctor’s appointment via Medicus clinic website.

1. Decide on what type of clinic consultation do you prefer.
   Medicus offers both clinic consultation and online consultation (teleconsultation).
2. Prepare your basic information.
   For us to understand your care needs, we’ll ask for some basic information from you.
3. Choose your preferred doctor.
   If you do not have an attending doctor, you may visit the Directory of Physicians to choose your preferred doctor. If you need teleconsultation services, make sure that your preferred doctor offers online consultation. You can find it at the bottom of their name.
4. Decide on your schedule of appointment.
   Prepare an alternative schedule of appointment in case your doctor is not available on your requested date.
5. Prepare your HMO or insurance, if any.
   If you will be using your HMO or insurance, please scan or take a photo of your HMO/ insurance card. If not, you will be requested to email the information to us manually.
6. Visit our Booking Page
   Now, you are ready, please visit our online booking page and input the information required. Keep your lines open. Our registered nurse will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your booking.
